I am a disabled artist so sometimes I may be late. I do everything in my power to abide by my timeframes, but if I have issues regarding my disability it may hinder my ability to be perfect with my timeframes. I have a brain injury and I struggle with chronic pain, migraines, heart problems, fatigue and shaking. These are just the physical blocks I face, disregarding any mental side effects these cause me. Please be patient with me, as I take my commissions extremely seriously and do my absolute best.Terms Of ServiceBy commissioning me you are automatically agreeing to my terms of service. By agreeing to my terms of service you are affirming that you are 18 years or older.Anonymous QueueBecause of the nature of my work, please understand that this que is ANONYMOUS! That means I will not be posting images or names from the people who commission me! I have a private list of all of my commissions to keep track. The commissions I am working on will appear on this board as a number! Thanks for understanding!First Come First Serve Policy∙ Please understand that the mass majority of my commissions are finished on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis! If you would like to know your que number, please contact me!
∙ I have the right to finish commissions out of queue number line, and will occasionally do so for a variety of reasons.
∙ Animated commissions are done in batches before given to my animator, so assets will be done in first come first serve order, but your finished product may be delivered out of order based on the amount of difficulty my animator has while re-animating it.
∙ Paid commissions always take priority over unpaid commissions!Payments & Refunds∙ I will need payment before I start the drawing. I do not generally offer payment plans or payments of half before, half after for YCH commissions. If you need a payment plan, please reach out to me so we can create an agreement.
∙ I generally only accept USD. If you are paying in a currency that isn't USD and you're converting it via PayPal, make sure you're paying enough to cover the fees!
∙ Refunds are only offered if I haven't finished your commission. If you feel that you need a full or partial refund for any reason, please talk with me.
∙ If you're taking up more than 1 slot, please pay for each slot individually and do not ask me to draw multiple slots for one price.
∙ Prices for each of my YCH fluctuate due to sales. If you paid more for one of my YCHs and see it being advertised for less later, please do not ask for a refund, discount, or any additional compensation.
∙ For PWYW (Pay What You Want) YCHs, please be reasonable with your pricing. If you don't think most artists would do your request at the price you give, it may be a bit low for comfort. I am usually accepting of most prices, but please keep in mind that this is how I pay my bills, so please be considerate of my time before you decide on your price. If I feel that your price is too low, I have the right to refuse service.
∙ I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time. If this happens, you will be fully refunded within 15-30 days, not including bank processing time.Works in Progress (WIPS), Sketch Approvals, Asset Approvals, & Revisions∙ Most YCH will not have sketch approvals and the first piece you receive will be the finished product. However, if you have any changes once you receive your finished piece, just let me know so I can make the changes you want.
∙ Once you give me the OK to start finishing your piece, please don't make any extreme or drastic changes unless you're willing to pay extra.
∙ Each custom commission gets 2 free sketch revisions. The third sketch revision is $10, and all sketch revisions past this are $20 each. If you are doing red-lining to aid in the finalization of your sketch, make sure your lines are as clear as possible to avoid additional charges.
∙ After your commission is finished and approved by you, it is considered completed and removed from queue. If you decide to make any changes to it after this point, you will be subject to additional wait times as well as a percentage fee based on what the change being made is. (Example, Change or removal of character = 90-75% of original commission cost depending on complexity. Structural changes = 85-50% of original commission cost depending on complexity.) If you are not sure what your change falls under, please message me.
∙ Animated YCHs will generally have a sketch approval and asset approval before being passed to my animator to re-animate your piece. Because of the extra steps and extra people involved in the process, this approval process can take between 2-5 weeks on average of additional wait time. Please be patient with me and my animator.
∙ If you ordered a YCH from me and have lost the file, please reach out to me so I can replace it.
∙ Animated YCHs can differ in MB size drastically depending on a lot of things. If you are in need of your YCH in a smaller or limited MB size, please reach out to me so I can provide you with a version that is size limited to what you need.Character Reference∙ I need some sort of reference for me to be able to make your commission unless you're commissioning a reference sheet. Any type of drawing will be fine, even if it's not polished. If your character reference doesn't have colors, please give me reference colors for each part of them.Process & Timeline∙ YCH Commission finishing time depends on many factors, but on average I try to get batches done within roughly 2-4 weeks, give or take slightly. (Please expect an additional wait rough time of 1-2 weeks on average when holiday YCHs have been released). YCH are done on a first come first serve basis, so if you haven't heard from me, I most likely just haven't gotten to your spot in the que yet. If it's been longer than the average timeline stated above without hearing from me, please reach out to me.
∙ If you have requested a large amount of alts, custom changes, have characters that are complex, have a character that has a head or characteristic that needs drastic changes to a ych, or anything similar, you may be subject to additional wait times which will depend on a case by case basis.
∙ I do general updates about commissions on my twitter profile. If you have questions about what spot in the que you are, please DM me.
∙ If you're commissioning a gift for a holiday or birthday, please tell me ahead of time so I can see if I can accommodate you.
∙ Please allow an average wait time of 2-5 additional weeks for animated YCHs. Please be patient with me and my animator.
∙ Non-YCH commissions can take longer to process. Please expect a general wait time of 1-2 months for a finished product.Image Rights & Posting∙ All commissions are for personal use only. The client is free to use or upload the artwork in any way they wish. If you intend to use any of my work for commercial use, please consult me ahead of time so we can work out an agreement.
∙ Please refrain from coloring over or tracing any of my YCHs as it is disrespectful to myself and the commissioners who paid for the work to be done. The client has the editing rights to the finished commission, so edits are allowed with their permission only. Thank you.
∙ I retain the right to all of my commissioned pieces and may use them in my public galleries for examples or commercial purposes unless agreed otherwise between myself and the client.
∙ The client may not claim my commission as their own work or that it was created by anyone else.
∙ Please do not edit my example/base YCHs. If you are a client and have purchased a YCH from me and would like an edit, feel free to message me. You are also welcome to create the edit of your finished YCH yourself.
∙ If you wish to keep your commissioned piece private, please contact me ahead of time so we can work out an agreement.
∙ Feel free to post your commission onto your social media (twitter, furaffinity, ect.). You don't have to ask me. Credit is appreciated but not necessary!
